Why are you trying to get pregnant at your age? 19 is still very young and it's so easy to become a single parent if you aren't married.

Yeah I was treated once, I'm engaged to be married, its getting very stressful though we keep on fighting all the time

If you keep fighting it might be time to rethink having a baby. That would not be a good environment to raise a child.
