Help! Okay last year around the same time, there was some little tiny almost see through tiny scaly bumps on the sides of my finger. They don't itch at all, and they tend to cluster in little groups- its kind of weird, does some one know what this is or does anyone also have this problem?

See a doctor or go to a clinic. Just my opinion... sounds like ringworm.

Actually, ringworm is itchy and pinkish, it sounds more like an allergy especially since you got it the same time the year before, but going to a doctor is still the best idea.
