Evict a lodger from my home in Washington state?
I allowed this man to live in my residence for a month, well that month has turned into 2+ years. He does not pay rent, we have no rental agreement, we have not had a relationship. He is a pshchopath. I am afraid of him, how do I legally get him out of my house. Help!

You evict him, give him notice to move, if he does not, you file eviction in court.

If he has harmed you, or there is evidence of the threats, you may consider a order of protection

    The process is called eviction.

In that process you have him served with a notice to vacate in 30 days... after 30 days if he won't go you go to court and the Sheriffs office will put him out.

Now if he is a threat go to the police tell them this... and you could get them to remove him a lot sooner, and get a restraining order. I recommend doing BOTH.

Doesn't matter there was no agreement and money exchanged... roughly after a month of being allowed to live there he became a resident.
