Are Executive Deeds Legal in Westchester, New York?

Did you mean an Executor Deed? I can't find anything called an Executive deed.

If you did mean Executor, then it would be legal. An executor deed just indicates that the property was conveyed by the executor of an estate. As long as the executor was legally appointed, the deed is valid.
