I went out with a boy and it wasn't for that long, I told him that I wasn't sure and I would re-think things through and he was fine with that. I had made up my mind and was about to ask him out again but then he asked me how to ask out my best friend. I got really hurt and went offline immediately (this was on facebook) and when he asked out my BFF she was considering it. But when she said no and I asked her about it she said she was only joking about considering it. I am not sure I believe her because when we went out she kept on commenting on how his hair looked cool and he was very nice and sweet and how she wished she had a boyfriend like him. It was about a week ago and he keeps trying to be all friendly with me and I know I should be doing the same but he hurt my feelings and I just don't want to be friend's with him and I am scared he will think I am being pathetic. Am I being pathetic and over-reacting, I am not sure how to handle this?
