If someone nows what causes this please help

You didn't give us much to work with. Overheating can be caused by a great number of things. Low coolant. Bad water pump. Bad radiator. Electric cooling fan not working. Bad head gasket. There's others but that was just to show you how many things will cause that. We need more... symptoms and such and what you've checked on it so far.
