Should I plead guilty or not on a vehicle I don't own?
Back in feb I received a fix it ticket while driving my now ex boyfriends car the reason was for tint and expired registration. My ex won't even talk to me now and I can no longer get an extension to get the ticket fixed but I have court today should I plead not guilty? Thank you.

Procedures vary - what state are you in?

Since court is today it's obviously too late to get the item fixed. I suggest that you go to court early enough to meet with the prosecutor and tell him that the owner won't let you have access to the car so you cannot yourself get it fixed nor provide proof when it is fixed. You will probably end up having to pay an administrative fee.

    Hello o:

I'd plead guilty and tell the judge what you told us.
