apothem = 34.64 mm
hence volume = 540384 cubic mm
To get the volume, you have to find the product between the area of the base (or cross-section) and multiply by the height.
You already have the height, so, it's the area that you need.
You know that a regular hexagon has 6 equal sides and can therefore be divided into 6 triangles. The angle of the 'inner' vertex is obtained by dividing the total degrees in a turn (360) by the number of sides. This done, you can use the side of the base of the triangle given to get the area of one triangle, and hence that of the total number of triangles.
And from there, get the volume.
