My best friend dating my "Ex"/Bestfriend
To start, my friend and my girlfriend had been friends for a while. As long as I knew both of them.. kinda became friends together I guess. He had never had an interest in her as far as I saw. So we dated for 9 months or so and then I decided I wanted to "take a break" from the relationship.. I just have commitment problems that I have explained to her. This was the 2nd time I'd done this. In this 3 week period, she had been talking to my previously mentioned "friend". He told me NOTHING about this, and then the next thing I know they are dating... I can't stop thinking about her. I just want her back and I've told her how I feel but she still wants to just take a break from us and "try this out" with this guy.. It hurts so much. I can't think straight, and normally, I'm probably one of the most calm guys around. I just want to know what I should do... I wish I could just wait it out, but it's torture. I don't know if I should just try to break them up.. but that'd be bad, because I just want her to be happy. But I want to be happy too.. She seems like she's actually interested in him. Just so confused. Any advice that you think I haven't heard already would be appreciated..

I don't know what you have heard or read, but leaving them alone and doing things you enjoy is all you can do as you work through this.

Sucks I know, been there, done that.

Commitment issue or not, breaking up with your girl on a regular basis will destroy your relationship.

If it's torture, then you cut contact with them. That way your going to hurt less and heal faster.
If you got the stomach for it and you want them in your life, you do so.

@Pookamook147 She's told me she just wants a break and she seems happy with him. I don't want to mess that up. And after I've told her how I felt several times... it just feels like I'm being annoying
