She has stopped paying rent, invited people to move in without permission, damaged my property and has had the police arrest her for stealing

She will not pay rent, has done damage to property and has been arrested for stealing

You give her written notice to vacate the premises for non payment of rent. If you want specifics, you need to tell us where you live, or you can ask the police. You may have to post it on her door or send it certified mail, and the wording about number of days in which to vacate will vary by state. Then call your county courthouse to find the office where you file eviction papers, and go do so. The process can take weeks or even months. A sheriff or other official has to do the final escort off the property. You may have to actually store her possessions for a certain term too.

The day after she was late in her rent you should have given her a 5 day pay or quit notice. Do so today!

When the 5 days are up, go to court for an eviction order.
