Guidance on health issues..
I do understand that seeing the doctor is the best option. I recently switched jobs and therefore lost my health insurance. This question is to pin point certain things to ask when I DO go to the doctor and what types of tests would be recommended. I ask this because most doctors recklessly help patients by process of elimination and I DO NOT have the money for that.
I currently work 2 jobs @ 50 hrs and take college courses which leaves me little time to concentrate on working out... this may be a problem. Anyway, the problems that I am having issues with are being extremely fatigued every hour of the day except maybe 4 hours and I flucuate weight incredibly easy. Last year I lost 35 pounds through diet and exercise but I have gained it all back in about 8 months. This is probably from stopping diet and exercise quickly but I am concerned it may be a thyroid issue? What are some of the tell-tale signs of hypo(er)thyroidism? Does it sound like I may have that issue?
Also, I have had a span of about 2 years of severe depression which has subsided. Although, now a days I am usually just content. I am never really happy or sad. I want to feel healthy again with good stamina and normal happy and sad streaks in life.
