    What causes this?
    I went in today to the dental office and a tooth was extracted. But when I was there they said my blood pressure was 80 over 44. They told me to go get it checked out. But I haven't and lately I been super dizzy, faintish and feel very weak. I am 20 weeks pregnant. AND Want to KNOW IF THIS IS REALLY SERIOUS? AND WHAT IT ALL COULD BE!! *** HELP

    Yes, blood pressure that low will make you feel faint and weak, and you need to tell your ob/gyn about it. Aren't you getting regular prenatal checkups?

    I do get regualar check ups but my next one is not for a month.. so you..

    Low blood pressure is always a cause for concern. Fainting while pregnant poses more risks to you both than before you were pregnant. At 20 weeks you should have had your ultrasound by now if not that'll be a good time to bring it up.

    Pressures this low in pregnancy can be cause for concern if your pressure is typically much higher.

    In actuality, pressures lower during pregnancy unless PIH is one of your pregnancy diagnoses.
