    Filing taxes on H1 status
    Hi

I am on H1 status since Jan 2004, but I have effectively filed taxes only from Oct 2005 to till date.

Do to my circumstances then, I did not get my W-2 for 2004 and part 2005 and hence I did not file taxes for 2004 and part 2005.

Is there any way I can pay taxes for 2004 and part 2005 now. Is there any other form besides W-2 I can file.

I am extremely tensed and need your help.

    Thank you

    Shailaja:

Contact the IRS, identify yourself, and ask them to mail you the tax script for your ITIN/SSN for 2004 and 2005.

From that tax script, I can reproduce all the needed tax forms and prepare your returns for 2004 and 2005.

If you had money withheld from your paychecks for those years, it is likely you are going to get a refund, so chill! :-)
