Take it out and don't use tampons again. It's something your system is trying to tell you. I used to keel over and wallow around on the floor until I would take out a tampon before I realized I could not wear one. I read somewhere that this is a form of shock that your body goes into when you insert a tampon. Not everybody can use tampons, and you, apparently are one of them along with me.
I must not have phrased the question properly, I haven't used a tampon in years, but ill get the occasional sudden shock pain which feels like a tampon is in wrong.
What could it be?
You may have a prolapsed uterus or a uterus that has turned the wrong direction.
