My mom (state of Wisconsin) wants to transfer the family home to my brother. He has lived with her for about 5 years now and wants him to have the home. She wants to do this now, before anything unexpectedly happens to her. What does she need to do?

Does she have a mortgage on it ? Does she just want to add his name or completely transfer it.

Does she want all the kids to be on the deed or just his name.

Does she want the right to live in the house until her death, or just transfer complete ownership.

There are a lot of ways and a lot of items that can be done, I would say a visit with an attorney should be done.
