My name is Mukesh, I am 29 year old. 8 years ago, I immigrated to USA with my male partner under same-sex relationship. Unfortunately, we're no more partner for the last 1 year. The relationship has broken down. We never registered ourself as a couple in local council.

I am US citizen and now I want to have a few kids. I am thinking about marrying an Indian girl, old school friend. She doesn't want to come to US (some family issues). She only want to marry if she can brought up kids in India only.

QUESTIONS:
1. can I marry to her and have kids in India? She said you can visit me once every few years. I have told her that I am gay and she is okay with it.

2. are there any legal issue in doing this. I migrated to USA in same-sex partnership and now trying to get married to have kids in India.

PS: I am gay but these days I am attracted to female more than male. My Indian female friend is not sexual active , all she want is to get a few kids. I am cool in doing that ;)
