Early 90s, maybe 1991, this song is hard to classify... I guess it falls somewhere between dance, electronica and "alternative." I can't remember the words for the life of me (but I remember the main vocal hook seeming to sound like "Who do I...see in the night...", if that helps).

The video was almost entirely just a first-person camera shot speeding through city streets, but the images were like holding up photo negatives (remember those?) to light, if I'm not mistaken... I'm not sure what that effect is called.

Anyway, I know that is probably confusing, but thanks in advance for your help.
