Does spondylosis make you disabled over the years since it is degenerated disease?
Very concerned that since my car accident I was diagnosed with herniated disc in my neck, torn disc in my lower back, arthiritis, post traumatic stress, memory loss, depression, been on pain pills everyday for past 2 years. Noooow the doctor says I have scoliosis which is spondylosis... does all this mean my body is deteriorating from this car accident since the doctors cannot do a quick fix and find a way to cure all these problems. Previously before accident I had no medical or drug problems. I MEAN NONE

You will want to always do mild exercises like tai chi or yoga daily, be sure to walk as much as you can (and not sit all the time), and you might benefit from acupuncture or chiropractic.

Don't gain weight, so be careful with the foods you eat. Lots of fruits and vegetables, plus lean meats are good.

I think you would possibly benefit from a trip to a major medical center that specializes in back injuries. There are advances in treating torn, worn, herniated disks that not all doctors are aware of. The best ones are usually associated with a medical school. Start online for what is nearest you.
