    Car accident
I was in a car accident, it wasn't big the driver behind me rear ended me, there was no damage to my car or hers, and we did not exchange insurance or did not call police. We just exchanged phone numbers. But, now I want to know if she can go against me.

Ok, if she hit you, and from the rear, she is praising her god right now that you let it go.

First I do hope you are OK, often pain from an accident from the rear shows up a lot more in one or two days latter, esp the next morning.

Next you did not have your car checked to be sure there really was not damage you missed.

If and when the person at fault ( they were for hitting from rear) the main reason they don't want to exchange anything is that they either don't have a drivers license or don't have any insurance.
If you got a real phone number I would be surprised.

Well actually in my states, if there is no physcial injury and call damage is less than 500, you don't have to call the police.

But yes anyone can claim and sue anyone else, she can come back tomorrow and claim you backed into her at some place, and all of a sudden her car has 1000 in damage. Will it happen most likely not, but can it of course it can.
