I can't open, send a new email, delete etc

Do you have any idea why? Or are you asking a question. If you are in fact trying to ask a question... you need more information.

Be more specific. How far do you get? Login, see your list of new mail, what, and what happens when you try to do something? It's no help to say 'I can't use it.'

Also what e-mail client, service are you using?
