Why Isn't my tank filling up with water?
Hey I have a question about my toilet tank. I have a fluidmaster and the tank isn't filling up with water preventing me from flushing the toilet the only water that I see is leaking is running down the arm from just under the cap its not pouring just a few drops here and there. There is no water coming out of the refill tube at all not even a drop. So if anyone has any solutions or answers please let me know THANKS

Will assume the water is on. Turn the water off. Lift the float arm and twist the top cap to the left. It should lift off. Get a plastic cup, hold it over the riser pipe and turn on the water. This will flush the fil area. If no water is coming out, you have an obstruction in the valve. If water comes out, reinstall the top and turn the water back on.

    Hi guys:

Check out this video... shows you how to access and replace the fill valve seal that is the most likely issue. In your case, you may be able to simply clean the seal... watch the video.

    Good luck!
