Which gives more anxiety: turning 30 in a few days or once I'm 30.. being 30?

Hey don't sweat it, after all age is a state of mind and I don't mind what state I'm in ;)

I had anxiety when I turned 29, the end of my life, I thought, my last good year.

Thirty is good, 40 is even better, 50 and 60 are terrific, but I'm not looking forward to 70. My favorite decade so far was the 40s.

I'm not 30. My girlfriend is having anxiety about turning 30. I'm asking whether to expect more anxiety now or after 30. Do I dump her now or after her birthday?

People are individuals. There is no way we can tell you how she will feel. Some people aren't bothered by that at all and others wind themselves up into a frenzy. I suspect if your feelings for have vanished you shouldn't string her along for long.

30 is a number, if that was what they considered old age and over the hill, they have have issues turning and being it.
Just depends on how bad they become
