Hi id like help finding my child my ex and I have a 4 year old ,we were never married but shared temp joint custody ,she moved to and carolina with her mom with out telling me I've tried to get the family to tell me the where abouts of my child with out success,I petioned the court and got full custody she defaulted ,I was recently told she moved to west Virginia but her family is claimming they have no phone number or address which I know is false ,she is behind in support to me and was to surrendar our child in my address ,a bench warrant is to be issued ,can they be held accountable in any way for obsurting justice?

Yes, they can - but I doubt any authority will press charges against them.

Have you considered hiring an investigtor? Someone with sources would have little difficulty locating a mother, child and grandchild.

Once a warrant is issued you may be able to get the police to help. You ca try subpenaing the family phone records. A Judy suggested a PI will probably be able to help. This may be classified as Parental Kidnapping which means the FBI may help.
