    Pump motor runs continiously
This happened about 15 months ago and I replaced the pressure control switch. It is happening again right now. Same problem except the switch is not so old it should need replaced! Any suggestions??
I wonder if I could spray the points with some WD-40 or something like that... could they be 'stiff'..?

It is not clear but is this on your well? Do you have a tank?

John, what does your pressure gauge read? I ask because it might be that your pump cannot get the pressure up to the cut off point.

When you replaced the switch a year ago, did you also replace, or at least clean out, the little pipe leading to the switch?

Do not spray WD-40 on the switch.
