Am 19 yrs old and very scared right now. About 5 months back I fooled around with my boyfriend and had sex. Before he ejaculated the sperm he pulled back. After that I had slight bleeding for 2 days and then missed periods for 6 to 7 weeks. After that I have been getting my periods. I took tests and it came negative. Now I have indigestion problem and stomach starts to pain when I press it. I feel my stomach is heavy. Am i Pregnant or its just in my head? Please help me.:(

Only in very rare cases would you be pregnant after 5 months of periods and negative tests.
You may have something else entirely, so you really should see a doctor.
Your stomach is above your belly button; your abdomen is below it. Is the discomfort in your abdomen? Have you been moving your bowels regularly (very common to have pain from gas)? When you had sex (and pulling out doesn't stop you from getting pregnant, semen leaks) did he use a condom, and could he have any STD? And lastly, and this is rare, it's possible to have an embryo that dies but doesn't come out with the next period. So see a doctor.

I had been to the doctor about 4 months back and the test came negative. But after that I have got my periods regularly. I get pain in abdomen. My boyfriend said he is sure that his sperm didn't leak in. What should I do now? My parents are going to kill me if I were pregnant.

OF COURSE some men say they are sure their sperm didn't leak! It doesn't mean you BELIEVE it!! Sperm LEAKS! It can start leaking the minute they get an erection!
SEE A DOCTOR.
If you don't want anyone killing you, find out! The sooner you do, the more options you have.
I don't think you are pregnant, but we aren't there, and with pregnancy, anything is possible. You could have your tubes tied, he could have a vasectomy, you could have sex for 20 seconds and stop, and still get pregnant, and have periods, and so on and so on. It HAPPENS. Rarely, but that's no consolation when YOU are the rare case.

My boyfriend said he is sure that his sperm dint leak in.

Like Joy said, you are very likely NOT pregnant, if you have not had sex since the time you mention. But please go to your doctor to find out what is causing your problems.

Just an aside... if your parents are going to kill you if you become pregnant, consider not having unprotected sex. Birth control will reduce your risk of pregnancy (if used properly) but will not eliminate it. Pulling out is just a countdown to getting pregnant.

Withdrawal has a 19% failure rate
Timing when you are fertile and having sex other times: 25%
Condoms 14%
Pills 5%
Ortho Evra Patch (same as pills) <1%

This addresses not believing your boyfriend, and he should be shown this. He probably just doesn't know.
But as far as being pregnant, probably not.
You could just be worried, gassy, and constipated. That's most common anyway. Next is middleschmertz, which is pain many women get when they ovulate around the middle of the month.

You need to stop messing around with your boyfriend, and you need to go to the doctor to find out if something ELSE is wrong with you.
