If it doesn't itch or hurt, girl892 then don't worry about it. It doesn't sound like it is anywhere near your vaginal area and just on your leg. It could be a mole starting up, could be an ingrown hair. Keep and eye on it, and if it turns red, and comes to head, (which it will if it is an ingrown hair) tell your mom. BUT, do you and your s/o use protection when interacting, girl, because I can't stress this enough. If you are not sure of where he has been, then you need to worry.
