I'm looking for an animated movie I saw in the late 80's or early 90's. The only things I can remember are that a girl from the future goes back in time and meets her ancestors. She has special abilities and tells her ancestors that they can do the same things as it's in their genes. In the future they are at war. The people that earth is at war with follow the girl.
