I have been absolutely obsessively craving seasalt and vinegar chips! I buy the natural/low fat kind to make sure I am not totally killing myself with them lol, but I do know they still aren't very good for me (sodium alone is through the roof in these lol)
Is there a reason I am so obsessively craving these chips? A mineral, vitimen, nutrient of some kind that I am lacking? Maybe I can get whatever my body is searching for through some other way?
