I only make 600$ a month for 3 adults to live on , lost my glasse , and have no medical insurance, where can I go in southern calif to get some help, any help at all?

Lions Clubs have free used frames. They might have some with lenses still in them for temporary use.
You don't need a new exam. Your prescription is on file with the last place you used for an exam.
