    Wall plate
Have a cracked wall plate that must be replaced to sell house. But I can't find the right profile.

From left to right: Has 2 toggle light switches side by side with 4 (top to bottom) oval buttons for ceiling fan.

Can't find it with switch plates nor with ceiling fans. Help!

A standard wooden two-switch cover, and a wooden blank for the fan, and cut your own holes. Cut the edges off to make them closer together. Voilą.

Thanks for helping, but besides being more work than I want (would rather just buy one similar to the one that came with the ceiling fan--surely they can't be that hard to find), I don't think it would fit. Currently, all 3 columns are under one plate, and 2 side by side plates would have a larger imprint (I know that if its wood, one side could be shaved, but the work for this simple problem is piling up). Plus I don't have the right kind of saw to cut out the ovals.

So, again I need 1 switch plate with 3 columns--2 side by side toggles and 1 column of 4 buttons for the ceiling fan.

I'll try to get a picture, but I'm not at the location currently.

OK, well I bet the farm you won't find one.
Buttons usually come off a shaft that sticks out through a smaller hole, so oval shouldn't matter. If it does, I bet the farm and the island off Greece you won't find one.
Ebay: wood 2 toggle, $6, blank $3. Or most hardware stores.
Cutting down 2 edges a little: anyone with a jig/saber saw or handsaw or even a hacksaw.
    Holes for the buttons: drill.

There are sectional wall plates available you can pick and chose each device.

Not sure where you got the oval openings. You may need to use a blank section and drill out.

A photo would help us greatly.

How about eliminating your 4 pushbuttons, Install a fan control, and then you will just need a 3 gang switch plate, or 3 gang decora plate if you change the switches to Decora style?
