Hi I am new to doing a bids on a contracts for an apartment common area cleaning. This property has about 19 buildings on the complex all buildings are 3 floors with laundry in each, so laundry area will need to be cleaned also, I need a help on biding with stripping and waxing and no stripping and waxing? I was told some stripping & waxing maybe to a year. Mainly the contractors just sweep and mopp and will need two part time workers on this property hours will be from 8am -1pm. Gods will this will be ny first contract for this line of work so its important that I can nail this number without being ripped off, or me biding to high.
