My question is why I have still much pain on the lower jaw part of my mouth after my dentist extracted the number 37th tooth, (is it the one with two roots?)
I am afraid if it is 3 roots so one part maybe remained in the gum . This tooth seems to have two roots, but as the pain continue without end I doubt.
Also the dentist had to inject three times in order to freeze the place. Maybe this pain comes from the freezings. It took a long time maybe 2 or 3 hours in order to get the tooth completely freezed and not to feel pain while extracting it.

Really, it took 2 to 3 HOURS to numb the jaw? It should take 15 minutes tops, usually about 5.
3 injections for a molar is typical.
After 5 days you should still have some pain, but not as much as each day prior. You should be rinsing with salt water several times a day, lightly brushing the gum, and still eating soft food. You should not be smoking.
Did you get an antibiotic to take, and any painkiller? Have you looked at the socket in the mirror to see if there are any signs of food stuck in there, or blood clots, or is the gum inflamed?

My answer to you, is that my husband who passed this painful moment, is sure the dentist made more than 3 injections in order to freeze the place.
He gave him after 2 days as my husband complained of pain, an antibiotic named metronidazole 250mg. But he began it late after trying another antibiotic during a day amoxyciline 500 mg . The dentist told him that metro... is better, now he is on it for already 24 hours, we are waiting another 24 hours to see how it goes.

I don't know where in the world you are, but a regular dentist isn't the best for taking out a molar. An oral surgeon will be better most of the time. (I'm still wondering about the 2-3 hours, since the Novocaine would have worn off by then.) Anyway, the fact that the dentist couldn't numb the jaw with 3 injections suggests that he might not be all that experienced.
Antibiotics are there to help fight infection, but are no substitute for about a week's worth of care that your husband must do himself to keep food out and infection from starting.
I was given 12 Vicodin 500mg as painkillers. You do need something for pain, even if it's Tylenol or Alleve or ibuprofin.

My husband got as a painkiller : atasol 15, 15+325+30mg I don't know whether it is stronger or not, but maybe advil would help also. I don't know vicodin, there are so many medicines here...

Atasol has codeine, a medium narcotic, and then acetaminophen as the over the counter mild painkiller, and caffeine (since many painkillers make you very sleepy).
If you take something like Advil, take one or the other at any given interval, but not both.
Advil might be good because it's ibuprofin, different from aceta-types, and people respond better to some types than others.
