Hi there I had a positive pregnancy test I was about 4 weeks and the next day I started to bleed but NOT heavy enough to soak a regular towel with no cramping. The next day it stopped and I had a little bit of reddish brown spotting that has all gone now but I have lost all pregnancy symptoms e.g sore breasts, running to the loo all the time. My doctor took bloods on the 28/7 and I have to go back on the 04/8 to do more but the waiting is killing me. Can someone help me please.

How far along are you now? I wouldn't stress about it. Some spotting is completely normal for some women. And, most of your symptoms calm down in the 2nd trimester.
