I am trying to make a hanging light with 12-16 individual bulbs hanging from it. How do I wire all the bulb wires together and connect to the power source?

You need to give us quite a bit more information.

For example what size bulb bases are you going to use.

What is the wattage of each bulb?

What size wiring will you be using for the sockets?

What size branch circuit will you be using and will it be a dedicated circuit or multi-outlet branch circuit?
