My name is yafit I'm from israel. On June 2nd I left Heathrow airport on my way back to israel, I bought Samsung galaxy s2 cellphone and I went to VAT electronics counter and register my cellphone in order to get the refund. its been 2 monts and I still didn't get my refund. When I registered the cellphone I put everything in the envelope and did not leave any recipt for myself...
But in the form I wrote my name pssport no. credit card etc..
How can I check my VAT refund status?

Here is the info you need - you should have received a receipt with the number of your filing on it. It also contains refund info.

At the same day I registered at the custom desk for Clothes refund and I got the refund in a week or so.
