    Water pressure to kitchen faucet
The water pressure to my kitchen faucet is horrably slow for both hot and cold water. I noticed it when we first bought the home 2 years ago so I replaced the faucet and it actually got worse. The home is 10 years old. The pressure in the rest of the home is fine!
    Help! Is it the faucet??

I am sure that you have cleaned the aerator, so you have to look further. Do you have cut-offs under the sink that will turn the water off. If you do turn those off and take both stems our of the faucet and look for some crud or something that can be stopping up the faucet. With the faucet apart put a cup or bucket over the holes where the stems go and then have some one turn the water on for a couple of seconds, maybe that will flush something out. I said both stems because I assume that you have a two handle faucet. If not post again and let us know.

Solved the problem. Looks like the faucet manufactured put a spring loaded water saver device into the faucet spout. I yanked it out and the pressure is fine, unfortunately it now drips slightly where the handle meets the pull out tubing. I think if I add a washer it should seal it off. viva la pressure!
