What are you worried about if you say you two didn't really have real sex? Pregnancy can occur from pre-ejaculation if you were close enough. Nothing will bring her period back if she is pregnant, other then extreme measures. She can be sure she is pregnant only after l0 days. So what are the basics you are talking about, did you or didn't you, was their actually penetration and why weren't you wearing a condom?

You said the test result was positive (+). Well, that means she's pregnant. If she hasn't had sex with anyone else, then you're either not telling the truth about the kind of contact you had, or she's lying and she's had sex with someone else.

If she's pregnant she has a few options. She can abort the baby, she can have the baby and give it up for adoption, or she can have the baby and keep it.

If she has the baby and keeps it, claims you're the father, and the two of you didn't have sex, then get a DNA test done.

As for not wanting a kid, and this being an accident. Well, when you play grownup games, grownup things happen. If you're not ready to have a kid, don't have sex. Accidents happen all the time. You're learning that the hard way. It's too late to think about preventing it now. It's happened, now you have to be grownup enough to deal with it.
