I'm dealing with an alcoholic wife & want to finish the nightmare.10 years of hope & lies.
She been in 5 different rehab center,just out last week after a 7wks treatment & been drunk 4hrs after coming back home.non stop drinking since a week,hidding,lying ,denying & missing aftercare treatment from the rehab center.suicidal behaviour in a way.
I want her out as I'm paying all bills (mortgage ,food etc... ) ,she's unemployed & on a sick note. Her family do not want to hear much from her. I'm reluctant to kick her out & at the same time I cannot afford to rent somewhere else while she's using my kindness as I'm already paying something around 2000e a month all bills included & cannot afford more! Legally, in Ireland , what are my options? Any clue?

You can't kick her out. You file for divorce and as part of the divorce you can force her to move.
