    Notarizing simply means that the signature was verified. So there is no way we can answer this question without more details.

    And please don't shout (type in all caps) at us

    Hello G:

    Notarized only means the signature has been verified. It speaks NOTHING about the veracity of the letter... In fact, the letter is hearsay evidence, and may not even be admitted.

    Remember that in court normally a person has the right to cross examine someone who is testifying against them.

    Again, you did not say what the letter was for
