I have a kenmore 80 series electric dryer. It runs but will not get hot. The thermal fuse is good, thermostats are good, and the heating element is good. Does anybody have any answers, this is annoying. Thank you.

Just how do you know all those components are good?
Use an ohm meter to find the problem. First unplug unit, then put one lead on the power input lug and trace the circuit. Go here to download manuals to help you trace it: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8010163/Drier%20Service%20manuals.zip With a little patience you should be able to find the problem. One thing you need to do is disassemble the drier and clean it out very well. It really sounds like a safety has blown, but you said it is good. The only other place that the power may be stopped at is in the timer. The only way to know is to use the meter to find the open circuit. DrTom4444
