I'm 18 years old girl and I was born without side burns and it boders me because I can't lift my hair up same thing for the sides of my forehead ; the rest of my hair is just fine I shaved these spots before and some hair grow but I did it again and I have been waiting for month and nothing changed I'm sick of wearing bangs all the time

Your question is confusing. As a girl you don't have sideburns, as for your forehead, everyone has a different hair line, but why did you shave these places?

I'm sorry you are sick of bangs. I have always had very little hair (for a woman) all over my head and thus I wear it very short, and keep making sure it's moved around enough so that my scalp isn't too glaring.
I have a feeling you are young. Every little thing about appearance matters, I know. Just wait until your entire body goes, and then it's all a big joke on us. Anyway - look around you. There are girls everywhere who are much worse off than you, right? I know that isn't much consolation, but it's true. Be glad for what you have, starting with sight, hearing, two arms and legs.
