If your hanging out is the problem, then stop hanging out so much. What's wrong with that?

Your question is vague. But, it Seem to me that you still care about her which is good. Us females are very complicated by nature. Maybe when you too party there are females around you which makes her jealous or she is just not that into parting and wants someone who is serous with goals in mind.
