I have two bare wires on light and one black wire one white wire and a ground wire what wires go where?

Do you mean 2 wires from lamp having clear insulation? If so, 1 of them may have small groves or an edge running along its length, this connects to the white, the smooth to the black, and the green is ground and should connect to the box.
If the 2 wires from the lamp have No insulation as you say, it needs to be rewired.
