The father has custody of my two oldest children. He was given it based on the reason that I had seizures and they said I was not medically fit to take care of them. I didn't have a lawyer when I went to court, just legal aid and they didn't really help. My kids were tardy to school a few times and that is also based on the decision as well. I want custody back from him. The seizures no longer exist and they were based on stress. It's a really long story but he is a cruel man who doesn't deserve my children. Besides trying to prove something big on him like drugs etc. He is sneaky and I can't prove it, what else can I do? All the little things about him that are bad don't add up enough to take them back.

You prove he's unfit. It will take more than him being sneaky.

I am confused about why you lost your children - seizures and being tardy a few times don't cause a mother to lose custody of her children.
