First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
No, it can't, but any salary you get from the business can be. Also any dividend payments can be. If you are in arrears or hiding income, you might even be forced to sell the biz.
And/or, if you are trying to "hide" your money in a corporation and use the company bank account like a personal account, i.e. not paying yourself a check but paying for your personal bills from the company account, the court can rule, your corporation is not protected by the practice of use of the accounts
