I've recently had a baby and I breastfed for a while, now my breast sag some and they don't look the same from before I got pregnant. Like they've gotten smaller. I've been thinking about implants but its too much money. So I've started taking pills that help increase bust size. The pills are called saw palmetto and fenugreek. Do you think these will help to get my breast back to the way they were. Or is there anything else I can try.

Im a boy, but a good female friend of mine is experiencing the same thing. I'm ran across your Q while researching, and I haven't found out TOO MUCH, but I can say this:
1) she has the same dilemma you describe, and has not had children. She's 25.
2) she has tried the saw palmetto & fenugreek thing, not too sure about the results though. I do know that there are some things in there that mimic estrogen, so if anything weird starts going on with your cycle, you may want to discontinue them. Not to say don't try it, or that it will, just to put that out there.

None of us are young forever. To try to stay young is a farsical act of self-denial--denying yourself the pride in experience, age, wisdom. I am proud of everything my wife has ever done with her life, and that includes sagging breasts. Stay healthy--yes--but accept your age and the maturing body that comes with it. In some cultures, the sagging breast is a symbol of wisdom--a beauty symbol---not something to be derided.
From what I have observed, bras do not have any impact on the situation, either. My wife always wore one, and they still sagged, and then she took it off for the second child (they are a real hassle when breastfeeding, especially in public), and there was no further change. If you feel more physically comfortable without one, then get rid of it. Or keep it if it fits and does not cause red marks or pain and makes you feel good. Just remember: the bra is only marketed so that you can (a) create an illusion of youth/uplift which is unnatural, and (b) for a perverted sense of "modesty" (as if lifting, projecting, and covering up can all be done at the same time!)
Breastfeeding was a wonderful experience. Our first needed the milk pumped when he was first born, and so for months, we had to deal with pumps and bottles. When we got to normal direct feeding, life was great! No bottles to wash, no "running out of milk", no getting woken up. She could nurse in her sleep. In my opinion, breasts are for babies first--and I am a man who enjoys the sensual aspects to a great extent (as does my wife). But when breastfeeding, it is a different thing--and the bond, the health, the simplicity--makes it all worthwhile. Not to mention that it is better for the woman, too (reduces chance of cancers).
Feel proud of your accomplishments and of your own body--one that no one else has--and I encourage you to leave the chasing after "perfect" beauty to the young and uninformed. All wise husbands (and future husbands!) understand that a wife's beauty always grows with age--and that means accepting her as she is, Always.

Well Mia... all that I can say is... Welcome to motherhood... I am 24.. and I have 2 beautiful daughters... I breastfed both of my girls for only about a month each... I didn't produce milk fast enough... the point is your breasts are going to sag sweetie.. and if you have big boobs already... well your going to sag eventually anyway.. Im a 36B and I'm still young so they aren't supper saggy... its just part of life... and a great bra does wonders... and as for my fiancé... He says.. "I did these things to you..(stretch marks, saggy boobs, the extra pounds)..and i love you the way you are.." Please don't get a boob job... those things can make you really sick... you might want to try doing some excersises that strengthen your chest muscles... that can help a little..
mia just wanted to say that I am in the same boat with you.. I tell my fiancé all the time that I'm unhappy with the way that they look now.. one is OK but one is bigger than the other and it sags terribly not to mention its very soft.. im only 20 I breastfed my son for about 6 months and I was a natural 34c before the baby... they used to be firm and now ugh... I have to disagree with one of the previous comments... doesnt matter how your husband thinks you look its all about your confidence and if you are like me it doesn't matter how many times my fiancé tells me they look great I still don't feel great so let me know how the pills come...
