I know this is kind of awkward but I'm 15 and I shave my Pubic area and I think I'm doing it wrong. It has scars and stuff but if I don't maintain its smooth cut, it becomes pokey and that's not to pleasant. I used a razor and I always end up bleeding a little. I don't know what to do!

I had this question myself and got great advice from Smoothy, let your skin clear up before you start shaving again or it will keep bleeding and exfoliate very lightly, shaving foams or creams help to soften the hairs when shaving, so apply it and let it set for a minute or so.

Then with your razor, shave downwards, apply more foam and shave from left to right, more foam and shave right to left and then once more, shave foam and shave upwards.
