I had an ultra sound on the 12th that said I was four weeks. Well according to the period I told them that was on the 8th of last month would have made me 5 weeks, so me being four weeks means the baby is only two weeks ?

You don't calculate when you conceived by adding 2 weeks to the day you got your last period; that's just a very rough estimate and seldom is what happens. Go by what the doctor told you.
The doctor said I was 4 weeks, so does that mean I conceived 4 weeks ago or 2 weeks ago? I just heard they add two weeks to the baby's age on your ultrasound. Thank you for your help (:
