I like my friend but she loves an another guy
But that guy doesn't live in our city so they hardly meet I like her very much and wish to make her my girlfriend what should I do?

You cannot make a girl like you, if its not there for her, then it isn't there. Plain and simple.

If you truly love her then tell her to her face alone! If she likes you back she will be amazed and tell you! If she doesn't then I think you should leave it for a while and just be there for her! Try again a few months later :)

If she "loves" another guy, you love her enough to let her go.

Does she know how you feel about her?

Leave her alone, and get your own girl why dontcha.
