I was a private sector then our neighbor alleged at me that I am the one who damage her basin then she file me a case with malicious mischief,then she was attempted to hurt me,what case can I file against her?

What country are you in?
What does private sector mean where you are?
When you say 'I WAS' do you mean you are now something else, and if so, what?
What kind of basin?
What kind of harm did she do to you?

Your question does not make a lot of sense, perhaps it is wording or because of the country you are from.

How did they try to hurt you ? Physical, money, character ?

If it was physical did you call the police when it happened ?

More bad advice from you. Did you not read that the neighbor filed a case against the OP? Therefore she need to know how to deal with that case. Unfortunately, she has not explained what this case is fully about so its hard to help her. Your generic advice will not be helpful.

And first you say try a peaceful remedy then suggest taping a notice to her door which is likely to antagonize.
